Please use PayPal for purchasing your order on PayPal enables any customer with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us and you’re fully protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.


The standard processing time for orders is 1-4 business days.

arbū offers FREE international shipping for all orders over EUR 200, USD 200, or GBP 200. We ship via DHL from Sofia, Bulgaria. Expect delivery in 2-5 business days for Europe and 3-7 business days for all other locations. If you wish to use a different courier, please contact us on the Customer Care email address listed below. You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

In certain countries outside the European Union, customs and other authorities may require payment of duties and other taxes, which are not included in the price of arbū products. We will contact you via email to inform you of any such fees or taxes and will ship your order after receiving your additional payment. You will not need to deal with customs authorities; our shipping partner DHL will deliver the order directly to your address.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Each product is precisely formulated and made fresh in small batches, to guarantee best quality and your full satisfaction. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and we will accept for a refund or exchange any product purchased directly from, as long as you contact us within 7 calendar days of the date you have received it.

Please contact us on the Customer Care email address listed below to initiate a return for products purchased directly from (In-store purchases must be returned to the store of purchase.) Our Customer Care team will provide return instructions and may recommend products for exchange. If you select to exchange your product, we will happily provide a complimentary return label; we will also cover the shipping cost to deliver the first new product. Please use the original packaging for any returns. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care. Once your return is received, please allow 5 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed. Please contact PayPal and your bank or credit card company to learn about their posting timeline for refunds.
